Mental Health Resources

These aren’t meant to be substitutes for emergency or medical care, nor is it meant to be an exhaustive list of organizations or resources. I will be adding to it as I find new information I find valuable.

Please call the 988 or go to your nearest emergency room for treatment if you as though you are a danger to yourself or others. If you are hurting, don’t be afraid to call or talk to a trusted friend or ally. You aren’t an inconvenience. Your presence makes this world a more vibrant and richer planet.

You are never alone. Somewhere on this Earth, there is always someone who is there for you. There is always someone that cares about you and feels your pain. There is always someone that will understand your story. Don’t be afraid to come out of your shell. Don’t be afraid to interact with people. Don’t be afraid to be who you are. Dare to dream, Explore, and Love. The outcomes are worth it.
